The Greenville Municipal Auditorium (GMA) 2025 calendar is filling up fast. Kicking off the new year is Endless Summer, America’s Beach Boys Experience on January 11. Allan Conner (who has performed many times with the Beach Boys) and Earl Lemons put together a stellar group of singers and musicians that faithfully reproduce the sights and sounds of the surf music craze. Based in Dallas, Endless Summer has played to sold out audiences across America. From the first notes of “California Girls” to the last notes of “Kokomo,” guests are transformed to a beach party experience. Expect sing-a-longs, beach balls and flying Frisbees as as Endless Summer sings about surfing, hot rods and “Surfer Girls” and bring plenty of “Fun Fun Fun” and “Good Vibrations” for a night to remember.
“Are We There Yet” comedian Jeff Allen brings the laughter to GMA at 7:30 p.m. January 17 and DSO on the Go is on stage at 3 p.m. January 19. The Dallas Symphony Orchestra features world-class musicians performing classical pieces.
See the Ben Rosenblum Trio with Laura Anglade at 7:30 p.m. January 23. French/American singer Anglade draws from a wide range of material from Broadway to the Great American Songbook. Ben Rosenblum is an award-winning New York City jazz pianist and accordionist has appeared at prestigious venues throughout the world. His musical interests extend beyond jazz to include work in numerous world music scenes, including musical styles from Brazil, Peru, Croatia, Bulgaria, India, Ireland, Jewish traditions and more.
On January 25, the GMA presents the free 3rd Annual Rhythm in our Blues event playing tribute to the history of Black music. This year’s program is a battle between the best boy bands and girl bands of Motown and other record labels and honors Greenville’s own legend, the late Donald Ward of The Blue Doctors.
Country music legend Collin Raye takes the GMA stage at 7:30 p.m. January 31.
